Tags and locations
Two lightweight label sets travel with a task. Both are managed lists — you define the allowed values once under Settings, then apply them.
Free labels that cut across projects — for example billing, ux, urgent. Manage the set under Settings → Tags (Add tag); apply them on a task with + Add tag. Filter the list with the Tag control.
Locations
Section titled “Locations”Where the work happens — for example a site, office or region. Manage the set under Settings → Locations; set a task’s Location on its page or the New task form, and filter by it like any other column.
