Themes

VNCchat has two axes: a theme family (sovereign, civic, kubernaut, b-safe) and a mode (system, dark, light). The active deployment limits which families are offered. The gear at the top right opens appearance settings.

Embedding

VNCchat is built to be embedded:

• React — <VncChat service domain mucDomain rooms theme mode credentials={…} />. Pass credentials as a function so a refreshed Keycloak token is always used.
• Web component — <vnc-chat service domain muc-domain rooms theme mode> with el.setCredentials(() => ({ username, token })). The host page provides React.
• Standalone — the full-page app at the product URL.

Admins configure the XMPP service, domain and MUC domain per deployment; the app authenticates with the Keycloak token (MongooseIM auth.jwt), so no separate chat password is needed.
