Smart lists

A smart list is a contact segment defined by a rule, so it stays up to date on its own — unlike a List, which you fill by hand.

Open it

Lists → Smart lists (Intelligente Listen). Each smart list stores its conditions; open one to run it and see the matching contacts.

Build one

1. Add a smart list and name it.
2. Set the conditions — the field a contact must match (class, company, tag, rating, and so on).
3. Run it to see the matches. Edit or Delete it from here.

Share

Select Share smart list to hand the segment to a colleague — the same conditions, so they see the same contacts.
