The Agile board
The Agile tab runs the project as a board. Its sub-tabs are Board, Backlog, Sprints and Agile reports.
The board
Section titled “The board”- SWIMLANES group the cards by None, Assignee or Priority.
- New board creates another board; the header reads 5 columns · 13 items.
- Each column is a status — New, In progress, In Progress, Resolved, Closed — with its own WIP counter, for example 6/5. When a column is over its limit it says so: WIP 6/5 — over limit.
- Each card shows the work-item ID (
APOL-…), the title, a priority pill (Low, Normal, High, Urgent), the assignee’s avatar and the percent done.
Drag a card between columns to change its status; the backlog holds what is not on the board yet.
