Enrich a contact

Enrich fills in what is missing on a contact — job title, company, links and suggested tags — from the suite’s enrichment service, so you do not type it by hand.

Steps

1. Open a contact (or use Enrich on a row in the Contacts list).
2. Select Enrich. The suggestions appear in the enrich section: for example Suggested tags (applied): with the labels it proposes.
3. Review and accept — the suggested fields and tags are written to the contact. A badge marks contacts that have been enriched.
