The suite gives you two ways to share with colleagues. They are complementary.
VNCchannels+ — the record
Section titled “VNCchannels+ — the record”VNCchannels+ is built for structured, lasting content: channels of topics with comments, files, tags and related items. Reach for it when the outcome should be findable later — a decision, a specification, an announcement.
VNCchat+ — the conversation
Section titled “VNCchat+ — the conversation”VNCchat+ is built for real-time conversation: direct messages, group rooms and calls. Reach for it when you want an answer now, or when the discussion is still taking shape.
A simple rule
Section titled “A simple rule”- If it is a record, use VNCchannels+.
- If it is a discussion, use VNCchat+.
- When a chat produces something worth keeping, publish it as a topic in VNCchannels+.
