The Portfolio dashboard
Meta Planning looks across projects. Its tabs are Portfolio, Programs, Capacity & scenarios and Control; Portfolio has Portfolio dashboard and Goals & OKRs.
The dashboard
Section titled “The dashboard”The summary line counts the estate — for example 8 projects · 100 work items · 23 done · 16 overdue — and the cards show Projects (and how many are active), Open work items (and the total), Overdue, and Completed (percent and item count).
The table
Section titled “The table”Each row is a project with its Health — off track, at risk, or on track — and its
Open, Overdue and Done (done/total) counts. Use it as the altitude between projects:
health rolls up here and links down into each project.
PMO brief
Section titled “PMO brief”Generate brief writes a grounded executive brief over the cross-project roll-up (open/overdue work, projects at risk). The figures are computed here; the model only explains them.
